Returns Policy
PURGO BIOLOGICS USA INC. does not accept returnsas our products are biological and require controlled handling.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged products and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
 - Email the photos along with a copy of the packing slip or invoice to customercare@purgobio.com with the subject line: Damaged Shipment.
 
Once we receive this information, we will:
- Arrange a replacement shipment promptly.
 - Provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged goods (if applicable).
 - Please note: We do not issue credits or refunds for damaged products during shipping. Replacement products will be shipped as soon as we receive the required documentation.
 
You made also use Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be processed and we will make our best effort to ship the same day.
 - Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day, and we will make our best effort to ship them out the same day they are processed.
