Gide Plug Collagen Wound Dressing is pliable and can be applied easily to oral wounds to protect the wound bed. The product is supplied in a sterile, non-pyrogenic package, and is indicated for single use only.
The highly porous sponge structure absorb blood, wound secretions and promote platelet aggregation. Filling wounds with Gide Plug can prevent persistent cracks caused by the contraction of blood clot or bacterial infection from saliva contamination.
